Job Description:
Supervising adults with disabilities can be a fun, enriching role for the right person. Participants attend PALS to be engaged, listened to, laughed with, and supported in becoming more independent in their daily lives. The successful candidate must be a good listener and be skilled at working in a team-oriented environment; good communication skills are a must, as is the ability and willingness to learn therapeutic strategies to improve the lives of persons with disabilities. Routine data collection and leading activities are central facets of the job. This person will support adults with intellectual and cognitive disabilities using Person Centered Practices. We're looking for creative and compassionate people who are teachers at heart, and we encourage you to bring your own ideas. Remote and In-Person positions are available.

‍Requirement:
Must have passion for working with people, reliable transportation to transport individuals in the community, can represent the agency in the community, and have a complete physical exam with TB test and clearance from DOJ/FBI.
